Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant - CA(SA), registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), with over 13 years of experience across multiple industries both locally and internationally.
He obtained his degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and completed his SAICA articles in 2016 at a medium-sized audit firm in Stellenbosch. Following his articles, Mark continued to build his professional career independently within the accounting and audit field, providing financial services to clients in and around the Stellenbosch region.
In South Africa, Mark has developed extensive expertise within the wine, construction, manufacturing, and local government sectors. In 2018, he expanded his international experience by joining a leading engineering company in Angola, specialising in the Oil and Gas industry, where he continues to serve as Financial Manager. In this capacity, he oversees the full spectrum of financial accounting and management responsibilities, including departmental leadership, compliance, and strategic financial oversight.
Mark’s professional competencies span IFRS and IFRS for SMEs financial reporting, auditing and independent reviews, tax planning and compliance, financial management, project financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and advanced Excel-based financial modelling.
With a strong foundation built through diverse industry experience and a deep understanding of financial systems, Mark is dedicated to helping organisations strengthen their financial governance, improve reporting accuracy, and maintain regulatory compliance.
His focus lies in adding tangible value by enhancing financial control, driving operational efficiency, and supporting long-term sustainability.

Irvin is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience across multiple industries both locally and internationally. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds the AGA(SA) designation with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
Irvin has developed extensive expertise in fund administration, financial reporting, drafting of financial statements (GAAP & IFRS), budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, audit activities, and advanced Excel reporting. He is known for delivering accurate financial insights and ensuring full compliance with accounting standards to support strategic and operational objectives.
Internationally, Irvin worked within the Trust and Asset Management sectors. During this time, he held senior roles including Financial Accounting Manager for a diverse client portfolio and Accounting Specialist in an asset management company, where he was responsible for financial reporting and statement preparation.
Currently, Irvin serves as Financial Manager in the Oil and Gas sector, overseeing the full spectrum of accounting and financial management functions while leading his department with precision and integrity.
In South Africa, he built a solid foundation during his early career, completing articles as a Trainee Accountant and later working as a Fund Accountant and Financial Statements Preparer. With a strong technical background and international perspective, Irvin is committed to driving financial excellence, ensuring accuracy, and delivering value to every organisation he serves.
